Our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is designed to get you the right gear quickly so you can get back to nature.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • Air Tube Replacements
  • Awning Annexes (due to potential ground contact and setup wear)
  • Awning Carpets & Groundsheets
  • Camping Cook Sets that show signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template below to make this easier.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all original tags and accessories, and ship it to the address we provide. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange item.

Refunds

Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

Method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued back to the card used for the original purchase.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be issued back to your PayPal account.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

Please note that the original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the value of the standard shipping fee (£12.95) may be deducted from your refund if the return results in the order value falling below £50.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or colour, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping will apply to the replacement item based on the new order value.
