We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote areas. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

5.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense.

6.1 Returns Policy

We offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

• Air Tube Replacements
• Awning Annexes (due to potential ground contact and setup wear)
• Awning Carpets & Groundsheets
• Camping Cook Sets that show signs of use
• Any item not in its original, resalable condition

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and details about the item
2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and shipping instructions
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
4. Ship it to the address provided by our team

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If you chose free shipping and the return results in the order value falling below £50, the value of the standard shipping fee (£12.95) may be deducted from your refund.
